This is a lovely villa in a very quiet location in the small Panorama 2 area about 15 minutes drive inland from Oliva town. The house is divided into the main villa and a 1 bedroom studio which is under the main house.

The main villa has a double and a twin bedroom and 2 bathrooms. There is a large flat screen TV with a satellite connection as well as a DVD and music system. This is situated in a separate seating are from the main lounge where there is a large wood stove. There is a dining area which leads on to the very modern and well equipped kitchen.

The studio below has a double bedroom, a lounge area with TV and a bathroom. The studio leads out to the swimming pool.

Outside is a large patio to the rear and side of the house and a covered area to the back with wonderful views to the sea. The large mature gardens are stepped down to the private pool which is surrounded by another lawn area.

Below is a garage and secure parking for 2 cars.

 A car is essential for this villa due to the location.
