This lovely beach apartment is on the 4th floor with lift access and has spectacular views of the beach, marina and in the other direction the mountains behind Oliva town. There are 2 double and 1 twin bedrooms all with ceiling fans, a lounge and dining room with TV and DVD. There is a dining table which seats 6 and kitchen with gas hob, electric oven and fridge freezer. A separate laundry room houses a new washing machine. The apartment has a lovely balcony with table and chairs and from here you have the most wonderful sea views. There is parking outside the apartment which is situated above numerous bars and restaurants and only a minute´s walk from the beach. For those without a car, the local bus runs to and fro to town every 15 minutes in the Summer months.
